Torrin Asset Management is an independent property investment company which provides a complete transaction & asset management service to a range of clients including Charities, Family Trusts and Private Investors.

Our aim is to provide a bespoke service, deliver practical solutions and work with our clients to meet their strategic and investment objectives. We transact & manage both direct property and indirect investment vehicles for our clients on either a discretionary or an advisory capacity.

Our aim is to provide a service which not only provides excellent returns but also absolves the client from much of the day to day responsibility for the investment management process as the client feels is appropriate. We look to identify the markets in which rental growth and capital appreciation will be greatest and we aim to actively manage the portfolio to protect and enhance income streams. To this end, we recognise the importance of the occupier in driving returns from real estate.
