Torrin Asset Management has been set up by Bill MacLeod to offer an independent service to investors who wish to receive bespoke advice and support in buying, selling & maximising the value of their property assets.
Over the last 20 years, Bill has managed investment property portfolios for a range of institutional and pension fund clients including The Wellcome Trust, Hermes, Tesco, Rolls Royce, Asda, Xerox, West Sussex, Police Mutual and Guys & St Thomas Hospital Charity, on both a discretionary and advisory basis. He has also built up extensive contacts across the investment agency, occupational agency and professional sectors of the market which enables Bill to source off market investment opportunities and secure specialist property advice.

Previously he was an Equity Partner at Cushman & Wakefield and was the Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Investors based in London which provides specialist property fund management advice for a range of pension funds, charities and local authorities.
