Regular quarterly reporting to the client with an Annual Strategy Review ensures that the client is fully aware of progress.

As part of the overall strategy review, a specific asset management plan would be drawn up for all properties. This will highlight historic and projected performance, current valuation, rental trends, tenancy details, SWOT analysis, and active management initiatives with supporting assumptions and projected performance and hold/sell triggers.

Where the value of certain assets has been significantly enhanced through market movement or active management, the projected performance analysis will be rerun to determine its long term future with the portfolio.
